Maple Leaf Festival 2024 Carthage Ms. (koam) — tens of thousands will flock to carthage this weekend for the annual tradition of returning to their hometown for the maple leaf festival. Animals are not allowed at the festival in accordance with baldwin city ordinance #1196.
